  Way too expensive, and very slow service. Very deceiving staff. Would not recommend this to anyone. Unless you want to waste your money.

  I was at Bourbon Steak fall of 2015 for a trade show. I must say I was taken aback at the menu pricing but...it was a great all around experience. Waiter was superb with good recommendations, food was delightful with character deserving of the price, service was spot on. Never felt like anything took too long or arrived too quick. I can't say enough about my experience. Sorry to those other posters who had issues with service and I hope the restaurant reviews these comments so they can improve for all their guests.

  The kitchen was unable to cook my steak to order after two attempts . On the third attempt they substituted a lower grade cut and failed again . I have had several meals at this restaurant but will not return. For the money spent getting the steak close to desired temperature is not good enough. I expect it to be perfect on the first try.
