  I came in last night for dinner, they were really busy and when we got there, we were told by the host that they were completely full and that they were unable to seat our party of 7 despite having booked a reservation through their website 3 hours prior. Of course I was super pissed and totally embarrassed in front of my friends, so naturally i asked to speak to the manager. After 5 minutes of waiting Randy (manager) came up to the door, I explained the situation and my frustration, he was really polite and did apologize for the mix up and that he would do everything he could. He bought a round of drinks while we waited and was able to get us into a table shortly after. Our server Kristina was awesome and helpful. Food was great and we all really enjoyed the place that we ended up staying all night.
