  I order from this Einstein's at least 2 times a month for our events and for some reason there is always something wrong with the order when delivered. This time I ordered 2 dozen bagels and received 13 with 8 containers of cream cheese!! Do not use for catering, otherwise taste is always good, its a bagel :). Off to try Panera catering??

  Wish I'd read reviews first. Received wrong topping. When I returned it, they just put new topping on top of that and sort of chucked the basket back at me. Thought maybe a bad day or I'd offended, then I read reviews. Food seems ok, but service is not great.
