- 4 / 5By Dimitri kOn vacation in Scottsdale had heard about the lovely sunset from the Four Seasons Hotel's patio. We were driving around at lunchtime and stopped at their outdoor patio at the Proof Canteen Restaurant. There was 4 of us and we all had different sandwiches, spicy chicken etc. Everything was good - great atmosphere and we especially liked our beautiful server Sandra. A fun place - not at all stuffy or anything.
