  I recently visited this location with my family on New Years Eve. I was thrilled to show my family Fleming's because I have had many great experiences. Unfortunately, this location does not live up to the service and food of the other locations in the valley. The restaurant was so overcrowded that we could hardly walk through the lobby to our table. Once we were seated, we were not approached by our waitress for almost 10 minutes. I have worked in the food industry, so I understand how busy it can be during the holidays- so I wasn't too upset over that. Once we were greeted, we ordered drinks- only 2 of the 8 drinks were brought. After about 10 more minutes the rest of the drinks came, with the exception of my fathers. We asked a passing waiter to bring it and he advised us that he would tell our waitress. My father then got his beer in a dirty glass. We ordered our appetizers and enjoyed the delicious bread. I could literally eat a whole loaf myself. Yum. Once our appetizers were ready, they brought them out and had the entire table backwards- everybody received someone else's appetizer. We finally got that settled and were not even asked if everything came out okay. Once we ordered our food, it was all brought out and I have to say, everything was delicious. The table was cleared and we all ordered dessert. Once again, they messed up the order. My father did not get his dessert at all and our waitress did not come back to check on us. I had to again ask another waiter to get his dessert for him. We also ordered coffee and we had to ask multiple people for cream and sugar. I was so disappointed in this Fleming's. I almost couldn't believe the service that we experienced. I would still recommend Fleming's to friends and family but never this location.
